I have watched many smart and talented people get nowhere because they spent their most critical “prime time” looking for some easy fix. But there is no cakewalk to greatness.
Exit the Comfort Zone
It’s easy to rationalize, “I can’t afford to hire a private coach” or “I need to wait until I have a stronger leadership style and brand before I hire a coach.” The problem is that most people stay in that limbo zone until they hit retirement age, never fulfilling their dreams.
Being indecisive about accepting executive presence coaching may be a symptom of a deeper fear or self-inhibiting mindset. Oftentimes it is a telltale sign that coaching could hold the key that unlocks your success.
