Shopping for the Magic Pill for Fast Promotion?

I have watched many smart and talented people get nowhere because they spent their most critical “prime time” looking for some easy fix. But there is no cakewalk to greatness.

Exit the Comfort Zone

It’s easy to rationalize, “I can’t afford to hire a private coach” or “I need to wait until I have a stronger leadership style and brand before I hire a coach.” The problem is that most people stay in that limbo zone until they hit retirement age, never fulfilling their dreams.

Being indecisive about accepting executive presence coaching may be a symptom of a deeper fear or self-inhibiting mindset. Oftentimes it is a telltale sign that coaching could hold the key that unlocks your success. Isn’t it time for you and those who can promote you to discover what you are really capable of contributing?

When you hire a coach you are investing in a success partner who collaborates with you in confidence. We will call you out when you play a smaller game and arm you with a proven strategy when you don’t have an action plan.

We are trained to detect when you are holding back, especially when you don’t realize it. Then we give you the support and encouragement needed to push past and overcome internal or external obstacles.

All of us has the innate capacity to become a better version of ourselves. But it requires a practical willingness to move past our status quo and way beyond the comfort zone to embrace radical, phenomenal change. That’s where top-tier success is born.

Executive presence and strategic thinking is in the details. Any professional athlete will tell you that it takes the watchful eye of an experienced coach to isolate and illuminate those small areas in your blind spots and help you get ready to win in the big leagues. As author W. Clement says, “Small hinges swing big doors.”

You don’t have to take it from me. Go to my website and see how many of my clients have advanced beyond anything they imagined was possible. Decide where you want to go and then learn from those who have been there.

That’s what I do. I invest in my own private coaches who have “been there and done that” because concepts and tactics will only take you so far. You’ll grow and advance at a much faster rate than if you try to practice the DIY method.

We already know you have the potential. Otherwise you would not be where you are. But potential doesn’t pay the bills or lead organizations. Real action does. So the question is, are you ready to fully experience your powerful, untapped potential and put it to work for your career advancement?

I lost a lot of valuable years I wish I had back by procrastinating. So tell me, what type of hesitation do you feel when it comes to taking the next step to develop your executive presence? I’d love to hear from you!
