Color Me Chic For Fall 2008

Color Me Chic For Fall 2008

Fall is just around the corner and believe it or not, it will soon be time to begin thinking about adding a few updated items to your current fall wardrobe. When you add a few accent pieces to your basic core pieces, it adds a quick update to your style. In this blog I share with you a few color trends to add to your wardrobe – but remember, don’t wear a color just because it is trendy. Always look for colors that highlight your natural beauty and coordinate with other core pieces in your wardrobe.

This season try wearing two to three color tones that blend well together. I love the monochromatic look, however sometimes you need something a more dramatic and stylish. You might try wearing navy and black as a new modern combination. A little black dress looks more modern when accented by a navy bag and heels. A gray suit looks great this season when worn with a light pink feminine blouse. If you want to be more daring, select a camel suit or slacks matched with a lipstick red twinset or a black suit worn with a bone-colored blouse and fire engine red peep-toe shoes and a clutch. Have fun mixing colors. You will find some color combinations that resonate with you and give your outfit punch.

Below is a list of designer trend colors for Fall 2008. Shop for these colors in clothing, jewelry, shoes or a new handbag. I’m sure from this list you will find one you love!
